Clinical Psychology Society of India (CPSI)

1. Overview

The Clinical Psychology Society of India (CPSI) is a professional association engaged in promoting the interests of mental health professionals through memberships, academic events, conferences, workshops, and educational initiatives. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made on www.cpsindia.org.in are processed.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees paid to CPSI are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.
Membership benefits commence immediately upon successful payment and confirmation.
CPSI does not offer refunds for partial use or non-use of membership privileges.

3. Event Registrations (Conferences, Workshops, Webinars, CMEs)

All event registration fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the event registration page.
In case an event is cancelled by CPSI, the registration amount may be refunded or adjusted against a future event, at CPSI’s discretion.
CPSI is not responsible for refunds due to personal inability to attend an event after registration.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

If a payment is made more than once for the same service due to a technical error:

Users must notify CPSI within 7 days of the transaction.
After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

5. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway or bank transaction charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount, where applicable.

6. No Physical Returns

CPSI does not sell physical goods. Hence, no return of physical products is applicable.

7. Policy Changes

CPSI reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
