About the Conference

The 2nd National Annual Conference of the Clinical Psychology Society of India (CPSI), hosted by the School of Behavioural Sciences and Forensic Investigations at Rashtriya st rd Raksha University, will be held from 21st to 23rd November 2024, Lavad-Dahegam, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This year's theme, "Strengthening National Security, Fostering Mental Health in the Digital Era," focuses on the intersection of mental health and security personnel in the digital age. The conference brings together experts in clinical psychology, security, and technology to explore the unique challenges faced by those serving our nation. Discussions will delve into building resilience, addressing the psychological impact of global issues, and utilizing technology for therapy delivery. Legal and ethical frameworks, crisis intervention strategies, and the influence of social media will also be explored. This event is a valuable opportunity for clinical psychologists, security personnel, policymakers, and mental health professionals to share knowledge, discuss innovative approaches, and advocate for improved mental health services for those safeguarding our nation.

About School of Behavioural Sciences and Forensic Investigations

SBSFI at RRU is a distinguished school that offers a range of programs in Behavioural Sciences, Forensic Sciences, Forensic Accounting and Financial Investigation at Bachelor, Master, PG Diploma, and PhD levels . About Clinical Psychology Society of India

The Clinical Psychology Society of India (CPSI) is a registered society that acts as a representative body for Clinical Psychology and Clinical Psychologists in India. It is responsible for the promotion of excellence and ethical practice in science, education and application of the discipline in the community. CPSI strives to determine and ensure the highest standards, and play a leading role in addressing the challenges of mental health at present and in the future. CPSI support and augment the development and application of psychology for the greater community virtuous, setting high standards for research, education and disseminating knowledge to enhance public awareness. CPSI has been actively serving the clinical psychology fraternity in India for the last two years through a wide range of activities such as the Tuesday learning webinar series, symposiums, workshops and conferences enhancing the skills of our working professionals and students in the field. We invite you to submit abstracts for scientific papers, posters, preconference workshops and symposia proposals.

Abstract Submission: Scientific Papers or Posters

Scan To Register

Abstracts must be submitted in MS-Word format, written in English, 12pt Times New Roman font, single-spaced (1.5 line spacing) and limited to 250 words.

Abstracts must contain a brief background, aim, methodology, key results, conclusions and 5 relevant keywords.

Individual abstracts are not needed for Workshops & Symposia presenters.

Specify the number of presenters (2-5) for Symposia in proposal.
