1. Title of the Abstract

Concise and informative (maximum 15–20 words). The title should clearly reflect the core idea of the study.

3. Abstract Body

Oral/Poster Presentations: 250–300 words

Organised Symposium: Up to 500 words

3A. Oral/Poster Presentation Structure

Background: Brief context and rationale of the study.

Objectives: Clear statement of research aims.

Methods: Research design, sample/participants, tools/measures, procedure, and analysis.

Results/Findings: Key findings with statistical significance, if applicable.

Conclusions: Implications, applications, or future directions.

3B. Organised Symposium Structure

Background: Theme and relevance of the symposium.

Objectives: Purpose and expected contribution.

Structure: Minimum three presenters with a chairperson. One presenter may also serve as the
chairperson. The proposal should include the title/topic and brief description of each presentation.
If the symposium team is unable to suggest a chairperson, the Scientific Committee may suggest
one.

Expected Outcomes: Academic and practical significance.

4. Keywords

Provide 4–6 keywords in alphabetical order.

5. Funding Statement (Optional)

Example: This study received no external funding.

  • Paragraph: No indentation for the abstract paragraph
  • Use bold headings for each section (Background, Objectives, Methods, etc.)
8. Terms and Conditions

1. The submitting author certifies that the abstract is original, has not been previously published or presented in the same form, and is not under consideration for presentation at another conference at the time of submission.

2. All listed authors have made significant academic or scientific contributions to the work and have reviewed and approved the final version of the submitted abstract.

3. The authors must affirm that the data and findings presented in the abstract are accurate, authentic, and free from fabrication, falsification, or selective omission.

4. The submitted abstract is free from plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, and all referenced work has been appropriately acknowledged.

5. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to use any copyrighted material, assessment tools, figures, tables, or other proprietary content included in the submission.

6. Any funding, sponsorship, institutional support, or financial assistance received for the study must be appropriately disclosed in the submission, wherever applicable.

7. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to review, edit, accept, reject, or reassign abstracts based on scientific quality, relevance to conference themes, formatting requirements, or noncompliance with submission guidelines.

8. Acceptance of the abstract does not guarantee oral presentation preference, publication, or financial support for conference participation.

9. By submitting the abstract, the authors agree to permit the conference organizers to publish the abstract in conference proceedings, souvenir books, abstract compilations, websites, or other official conference materials.
