CALL FOR ABSTRACTS & SYMPOSIUM/ WORKSHOP PROPOSALS

Abstracts for Scientific Papers/ Poster Presentations

• 1. Title : Clear, concise, and reflective of the research scope.
• 2. Authors :
  • Full names, institutional affiliations, and contact emails.
  • Presenting author should be indicated in bold.
• 3. Keywords : 3–5 relevant keywords.
• 4. Body (250–300 words total) :
  • Introduction : Brief background and study aim.
  • Methods : Outline of methodology or research approach.
  • Results : Highlight main findings or expected outcomes.
  • Conclusion : Key takeaways, significance, and implications

SYMPOSIUM / WORKSHOP PROPOSAL

• Specify name of the proposer
• Number of presenters can range from 2 to 5.
• Method :Individual abstracts are not required to be submitted for each presenter. Individual topic/area of presentation, however, must be stated for each participant and objectives to be achieved.

Formatting Requirements :

• Font : Times New Roman, 12-point
• Line Spacing : 1.5
• Margins : 1 inch on all sides
• Alignment : Justified
• File Format : PDF only
• Language : English
