• Conference kit includes conference bag, notepad, pen, ID Card.
• The Organizing Committee does not bear any responsibility of the accommodation of delegates. Suggestions of the hotels nearby will be given.
•For delegates attending the conference,certificates will be distributed from 3rd day afternoon.

WORKSHOP PROPOSALS

Abstracts for Scientic Papers/ Poster Presentations

1. Title: Clear, concise, and reflective of the research scope.
2. Authors
• Full names, institutional affiliations, and contact emails.
• Presenting author should be indicated in bold.
3. Keywords: 3–5 relevant keywords.
4. Body (250–300 words total)
• Introduction: Brief background and study aim.
• Methods: Outline of methodology or research approach.
• Results: Highlight main findings or expected outcomes.
• Conclusion: Key takeaways, significance, and implications.

SYMPOSIUM / WORKSHOP PROPOSAL

• Specify name of the proposer
• Number of presenters can range from 2 to 5.
• Individual abstracts are not required to be submitted for each presenter. Individual topic/area of presentation, however, must be stated for each participant and objectives to be achieved.

• Margins: 1 inch on all sides
• Alignment: Justified
• File Format: PDF only
• Language: English
